According to information from the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor, in the first 6 months of 2025, the unit has increased direction of propaganda and education work with many flexible and effective forms.
The whole province has organized 1,475 sports festivals, performances, cultural and sports exchanges associated with major events of the country and localities, attracting more than 148,000 union members and workers to participate.
During Workers' Month in 2025 alone, nearly 400 grassroots trade unions have implemented many meaningful programs such as "Thank you to workers", "May Dialogue", "Creative workers"...
On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor presented 100 gifts, supported the construction of 20 "Union Shelters" and coordinated free cancer screening tests for 300 workers.
Communication work is promoted. The electronic information page of the Labor Federation and social networking platforms have become the main propaganda channel, with hundreds of articles, papers, and documents posted, contributing to improving the effectiveness of information access.
The force of reporters and part-time lecturers continues to be consolidated, ensuring good service for the implementation of key topics.
In the 2023-2024 period, the whole province has 1,706 agencies, units and enterprises recognized as meeting cultural standards. Emulation movements and activities to care for material and spiritual life have contributed to clearly affirming the role and position of trade unions in the lives of union members and society.
However, some difficulties still exist, such as lack of specialized personnel, limited funding and uneven application of information technology between units.
In the coming time, the Provincial Federation of Labor determined to continue to innovate propaganda methods, improve the effectiveness of inter-sectoral coordination to meet the requirements of tasks in the new period.
