On the afternoon of June 11, information from the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor said that the unit is currently managing 15 District, Town, City Labor Federations, and 6 local industry unions.
In addition, there are 2 affiliated public service units (Provincial Labor Culture House, Provincial Trade Union Legal Consulting Center) and Ban Me Trade Union Tourism Joint Stock Company.
The total number of workers, civil servants, and laborers (CNVCLD) in agencies, units, and enterprises in localities with trade unions is 88,454 people. Of which, 84,122 union members are active in 1,824 grassroots unions.

According to the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor, through the results of trade union activities in the first 6 months of the year, it shows that the employment of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in administrative units is basically stable; the production and business sector continues to be maintained and developed.
The salary, income and life of civil servants and employees have improved significantly. The average salary of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the administrative sector reaches 6.5 million VND/month.
Employees at state-owned enterprises and joint stock enterprises with state capital contributions have an average salary of 8.05 million VND/month.
In the non-state sector, the average salary is 7.65 million VND/month. At enterprises with foreign direct investment (FDI), the average salary reaches 6.9 million VND/month.
Compared to the same period in 2024, the income levels of civil servants and employees have increased. Last year, the average salary in the administrative and career sector was 6.3 million VND/month.
At state-owned enterprises and joint stock enterprises, the State capital is 8.03 million VND/month. In the non-state sector, it is 7.59 million VND/month; while in FDI enterprises, it is 6.6 million VND/month.
In the first 6 months of 2025, labor relations in the province are generally stable, with no strikes, work stoppages or collective labor disputes.
Regarding ideology and mood, union members and workers are basically stable, always believing in the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and policies.
