Accordingly, the provincial trade union focuses on innovating the methods and activities of trade union organizations in cyberspace in the direction of digitization. The focus is on management and administration; union member management; management of trade union funds and membership fees; trade union communication... to create breakthroughs in operations.
Thereby, improving the quality and effectiveness of propaganda work, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; building a modern and strong team of union members and workers in the province, meeting the requirements of tasks.
The Provincial Trade Union strives to achieve 95% or more of meetings and conferences organized by the Provincial Labor Federation being implemented according to the "paperless meeting room" model.
At the same time, strive for 100% of opinions, proposals, and recommendations of union members and workers related to regimes, policies, and labor relations to be supported and consulted online.
In addition, build and develop the "Union Member Welfare" application, integrate vouchers and incentives from partners to widely deploy to union members and workers.
The locality deploys an artificial intelligence (AI) model to serve the professional work of trade unions, legal advice, and answer questions from union members and workers; directly integrated on the Provincial Trade Union Electronic Information Portal.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Huyen - Standing Vice President of the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation informed that commune and ward trade unions and grassroots trade unions directly under them need to proactively advise and closely coordinate with unit leaders to direct and urge the promulgation of implementation plans.
Units also need to proactively review and propose investment and upgrade information technology infrastructure; gradually digitize records and documents; apply software in union member management, finance and trade union activities.
At the same time, actively mobilize and integrate legal resources; promote the role of coordination with organizations and businesses in the area to support implementation, contributing to improving the effectiveness of trade union activities and the quality of service for union members and workers in the new situation.
