On August 9, the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation informed that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation has just launched the emulation movement "Three Firsts: Most Disciplined - Most Loyal - Closest to the People" among trade union officials, union members, civil servants, public employees and workers in the province, phase 2026-2030.
Through this, Dak Lak Trade Union aims to build a team of trade union officials, union members and workers with firm political bravery, organizational discipline awareness, sense of responsibility, and a style of being close to the people, respecting the people, and serving the People.
In the "Most Disciplined" content, trade union levels will mobilize officials and union members to strictly comply with the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, the Trade Union Charter and regulations at agencies, units, and enterprises; improve awareness of discipline, administrative discipline, public service ethics and office culture.
With the content "Most Loyal", the movement aims to build a contingent of cadres and union members with firm political bravery, loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the People...
The Trade Union sets a target for 100% of cadres and over 95% of union members to study and fully grasp the resolutions and directives of the Party, policies and laws of the State. Every year, each grassroots trade union strives to introduce at least one outstanding union member to the Party for consideration, training, and admission if there are sources and Party organizations at the unit.
Meanwhile, "Closest to the people" is identified as a requirement to innovate the style and working style of trade union officials in the direction of being close to the grassroots, close to union members, close to workers, listening, sharing and promptly solving difficulties and obstacles.
Each grassroots trade union strives to annually organize or coordinate to organize at least one dialogue, contact, and grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers. The Trade Union also sets a target to strive for over 90% of union members and workers to be satisfied with the activities of caring for, representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of the Trade Union organization.
The movement is implemented in the 2026-2030 period. In 2026, trade union levels will focus on thoroughly grasping, developing plans and organizing implementation. The 2027-2028 period will promote implementation, replicate models and conduct preliminary reviews in the middle of the period. By 2029-2030, the movement will continue to improve quality, and at the same time summarize, evaluate results and commend and reward typical collectives and individuals.
Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Huyen - Standing Vice Chairwoman of Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation informed that, through the "Three Firsts" movement, Dak Lak Trade Union expects to create substantive changes in discipline, responsibility and service style; and at the same time improve the quality of care, representation, and protection of the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, contributing to building the Provincial Trade Union organization to become increasingly stronger.
