The whole province has 727 grassroots unions. Of which, the administrative and career sector has 627 grassroots unions.

Inspection and supervision work has always been of interest to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and Inspection Committee of Trade Unions at all levels, contributing to improving the quality of activities of Dak Nong Provincial Trade Union.
However, some grassroots unions still take this task lightly, often assigning it to the Inspection Committee.
Many trade unions at all levels have a Vice President who is also the Head of the Inspection Committee, while industry trade unions assign this task to a part-time official. Some grassroots trade unions do not have an Inspection Committee, but only assign an Executive Committee member to be in charge, which affects the effectiveness of inspection and supervision...
Clearly defining the roles and functions according to the Charter of Vietnam Trade Union, the Standing Committee of Dak Nong Provincial Labor Confederation has directed trade unions at all levels to review, consolidate the apparatus, and add personnel when necessary. Qualified grassroots trade unions must establish an Inspection Committee according to regulations...
In 2024, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor directed the grassroots trade unions to coordinate with the Provincial Federation of Labor Inspection Committee to organize training in inspection and supervision skills.
Training content is practical, easy to understand, and suitable for practice. Grassroots unions without an Inspection Committee are provided with professional guidance according to regulations.
Since the beginning of the term, trade unions at all levels have conducted 1,406 inspections and supervisions. Of these, 1,269 inspections were on compliance with the Trade Union Charter, implementation of congress resolutions and financial management.
There were 137 supervisions of financial management, direction of grassroots trade unions and activities of the Inspection Committee.
The Executive Committee and Standing Committee at all levels clearly identify the importance of inspection and supervision and regularly direct implementation.
This work is implemented methodically, ensuring principles and flexible application of inspection and supervision methods. Inspection conclusions are objective and honest, accurately assessing advantages and limitations and promptly recommending handling of violations.
In the coming time, Dak Nong Provincial Labor Federation will continue to promote propaganda about the Trade Union Charter, inspection and supervision regulations to raise awareness and prevent violations.
Union leaders at all levels need to strengthen direction and organize effective implementation. Complete the apparatus, improve the capacity of inspection staff. Promote training and professional development, ensure inspection and supervision follow proper procedures and are effective...
