Mr. Le Manh Hung - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Members of the Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group and the Group's leaders attended.
Vietnam Oil and Gas Union organized a sports group of Vietnam National Energy Group in the North and the South to arouse cultural values, raise the awareness of workers in the whole group on the meaning and importance of corporate culture and the Cultural and Gas Cultural Week, towards the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Group.
This is also an opportunity to exercise health and improve physical fitness for workers; strengthen the spirit of solidarity and cohesion between units throughout the Group with the spirit of "One team, one goal" determined to complete the production and business plan in 2025.
At the opening ceremony, the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union launched an online contest to learn about 50 years of Petrovietnam; rewarded outstanding trade unions in competing to build cultural life at the grassroots level; and provided support to workers of the units.
The sports festival has the participation of 20 delegations with over 1,500 athletes competing in 10 sports.
In her opening speech, Ms. Nghiem Thuy Lan - President of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union expressed her wish that every Oil and Gas worker actively practice sports and improve their health to work better.
