According to Official Dispatch 544/CDVC, based on the direction of the Party Delegation and the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on implementing Conclusion No. 09-KL/BCD of the Central Steering Committee on summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee on "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently", the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union has requested the executive committees and standing committees of affiliated trade unions to implement a number of tasks:
Closely follow the Party's guidelines, policies, and resolutions, the State's policies and laws in implementing innovation and reorganizing the political system's apparatus to ensure streamlining, effective and efficient operations, and proactively participate with leaders and units in reorganizing the apparatus and arranging staff of their agencies and units to ensure rationality and efficiency.
Strengthening the understanding of the thoughts and aspirations of cadres, union members and workers to regularly report and reflect to the Party Committee, leaders of agencies and units to have appropriate handling plans.
Do a good job of political and ideological education, raise awareness, create high consensus among cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers about the urgency and necessity of implementing innovation, restructuring the organization, apparatus, and streamlining the payroll to serve the development requirements of the country...
Proactively advise the Party Committee on union staff after reorganization, ensuring standards and quality; the union apparatus operates continuously and effectively.
