To encourage workers in the city to work during the Tet holiday, trade union levels and local authorities have organized visits and gifts. They are people who put aside the joy of family reunion at the moment of transition from the old year to the new year as well as the early days of Spring.
That hardship and sacrifice has been recognized by the deep concern of the Trade Union organization. The direct presence of leaders of Hanoi Trade Union levels, giving gifts, and chatting at the workplace of workers left a deep impression in the hearts of each union member and worker. Because they felt both the feelings and responsibilities of the Trade Union organization.
In which, Kim Lien Ward Trade Union organized a working delegation to visit, give gifts and encourage union members and workers who are working and performing tasks during Tet days. At units, leaders of the Ward Trade Union visited and inquired about the work and life situation of union members and workers; grasped the arrangement and implementation of Tet duty regimes, working conditions and safety assurance work during peak days.
Mr. Nguyen Van Quang - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Kim Lien Ward, Chairman of the Kim Lien Ward Trade Union, acknowledged and praised the sense of responsibility of the team of union members and workers who put aside the joy of reuniting with their families to complete their tasks, contributing to maintaining environmental sanitation, ensuring security and order, maintaining stable operation of agencies and units, serving the people to enjoy Spring and welcome Tet safely.
On the evening of the 29th of Tet, Mr. Nguyen Van Thang - Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, City Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City, Chairman of the Hanoi City Labor Federation directly visited, encouraged and wished Tet to union members and workers of Ba Dinh Enterprise, under Hanoi Urban Environment One Member Limited Liability Company.
Visiting the working conditions, living conditions, income and Tet duty regime of workers, the Chairman of the City Labor Federation acknowledged the efforts to overcome difficulties of the collective of Ba Dinh Enterprise in particular and all employees of Hanoi Urban Environment One Member Limited Liability Company in general. Not only completing regular tasks, environmental workers also proactively implement plans to increase human resources and vehicles, ensuring timely collection and transportation of garbage during peak Tet days.
On behalf of the Hanoi Labor Federation, Mr. Nguyen Van Thang presented 20 gifts, each worth 1 million VND, to workers directly working on the night of the 29th of Tet. Workers were very touched when they were directly given lucky money by the City Trade Union leaders and shared: "For us, this is a deep spiritual encouragement, showing the practical concern of the Trade Union organization. We will continue to strive to improve our sense of responsibility to best complete the assigned tasks in general, and tasks during Tet in particular".
Also on the evening of the 29th of Tet, the Xuan Dinh Ward Trade Union and the Ward's working delegation directly visited, encouraged and presented gifts to workers and laborers in particularly difficult circumstances who are working in the fields of environmental sanitation, green tree care and civil service units in the area.

The delegation visited and presented 40 gifts to workers and laborers in particularly difficult circumstances working at Hanoi Zoo Co., Ltd. and Song Hong Urban Environment Company. Each gift is worth 1,000,000 VND. The funding source is proposed to be supported by the Hanoi Labor Federation based on the proposal of the Xuan Dinh Ward Trade Union, showing close coordination between Trade Union levels and local authorities in caring for workers' lives.
At the destinations, ward leaders cordially inquired about the health, employment, income as well as family life of each worker. Ward leaders, Trade Union leaders and workers shared difficulties with understanding and empathy, creating closeness and attachment.
It can be seen that the leadership of Trade Union levels directly visiting and encouraging workers working during Tet has left a good impression. Because, for union members and workers, the Trade Union organization is always by their side to encourage, share and protect their legitimate and lawful rights.
