The conference was held directly and online at 200 locations and more than 650 zoom accounts of affiliated units.
At the Conference, Mr. Vu Van Minh, Head of the Department of Legal Policy and Labor Relations (CSPLQHLD) of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, deployed and disseminated Joint Directive No. 155/CTLT-EVN-CDDDVN, on April 15, 2025, launching the "Creative Labor Emulation Movement and the 10,000 Initiatives Program for the 2025 - 2028 period" among workers and civil servants of Vietnam Electricity Group. In particular, focusing on specific contents: Conditions recognized from the grassroots level for initiatives and solutions applied at the unit; initiatives registered in the Science and Technology Management Information System of Vietnam Electricity Group on the website www.khcn.evn.com.vn. The time according to the recognition decision is from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2028 and is suitable for each reward stage.
Mr. Vu Van Minh also informed about the emulation goals of the units to complete each year on the number of initiatives participating in the Program, which is calculated according to the number of employees of the unit according to the formula: 1 initiative/40 employees. The goal of completing the entire 2025 - 2028 Program is 1 initiative/10 workers.
The completion of the 10,000 initiatives program will also be promptly rewarded for works, solutions, and topics when winning prizes at the Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Awards, National, Ministry, Industry, and Local Technical Innovation Competitions; initiatives when recognized will have a value of VND500 million or more. Accordingly, quarterly rewards will start to be applied from the third quarter of 2025 with many attractive rewards. The Organizing Committee also conducts annual preliminary rewards and summarizes the Program according to the set plan.
At the conference, Mr. Uong Quang Huy - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union disseminated and implemented Resolution No. 305 of the Party Committee of Vietnam Electricity Group on "Strengthening the leadership of the Party in ensuring working conditions and internal security for cadres, employees and workers in the Group".
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Do Duc Hung, Chairman of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union, highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and active participation of units nationwide with 200 points of contact and more than 650 zoom accounts, representing tens of thousands of electricity workers - that demonstrated the great attention of the trade union system to caring for workers' lives and the creative labor emulation movement.
Mr. Do Duc Hung emphasized 8 synchronous implementation solutions at the unit, in order to effectively implement the goals of the 10,000 Initiative Program for the period 2025-2028.
Regarding the plan to implement Resolution No. 305 dated June 11, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Vietnam Electricity Group, the Chairman of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union suggested that trade unions at all levels closely follow the Implementation Plan of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union on implementing Resolution 305 of the Party Committee to truly bring production and business results to EVN and continuously improve the lives of union members and workers in the new period.
