Recently, Mr. Uong Quang Huy - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union, as head of the working delegation, visited and presented gifts to workers of Van Don Electricity - Quang Ninh Power Company (PC Quang Ninh) on the occasion of Workers' Month 2025.
At the meeting, Mr. Vu Huu Chuong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Trade Union of Quang Ninh Power Company - thanked the leaders of the Vietnam Power Trade Union for visiting and sharing with workers during Workers' Month.
Mr. Vu Huu Chuong said that the Trade Union of Quang Ninh Power Company always accompanies the expertise to ensure the management and operation of electricity supply, promoting the role of taking care of union members and workers; Propagating and mobilizing employees in the whole company to successfully implement the special emulation competition to complete the production and business plan in 2024, launched by the Executive Committee of the Trade Union and the Director of the Company. Coordinate with expertise to encourage workers and employees to strive to ensure safety in production, ensuring safe and stable electricity supply.
At the meeting, Mr. Uong Quang Huy - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union - acknowledged and praised the achievements of Quang Ninh Electricity Company in 2024, the company's employees quickly worked with the shock force to overcome the power grid problem after storm No. 3 Yagi... On this occasion, the working group presented gifts and support money to the unit of 50 million VND and 5 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances, each gift worth 3.5 million VND.
