The work of organizing visits and supporting union members and employees who are sick, hospitalized for a long time, and those with serious illnesses is carried out promptly. Recently, 100% of grassroots trade unions (9 units) under the DIV Trade Union system have successfully implemented the Trade Union Meal, creating a joyful, warm and connectative atmosphere among all union members and employees at DIV.
Every year, 100% of union members and employees are organized for periodic health check-ups at a rate of 1.9 million VND/person. Female union members and employees are examined for additional diseases related to women at a rate of 1.5 million VND/female union member.
Promoting the intelligence and bravery of workers
For the 2025-2030 term, DIV Trade Union clearly defines the goal: "DIV Trade Union innovates content and methods of operation; promotes the intelligence and bravery of workers for the goal of building DIV for sustainable development" with the action motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development, for the rights of union members, for the development of DIV".
In the coming term, the activities of the DIV Trade Union will continue to profoundly innovate in terms of content and methods of operation to comply with the Resolution of the Party, the Resolution of the Vietnam Trade Union Congress, the Resolution of the Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Union Congress and the political tasks of DIV.

At the congress, delegates elected 15 members of the DIV Trade Union Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term; Mr. Ngo Quang Luong continued to be Chairman of the DIV Trade Union.
