Actively caring for members and employees
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung - Chairman of the Trade Union of the Vietnam Bank Trade Union - said that in the period of 2023-2025, the Trade Union has advised and proposed to the Board of Directors to create conditions for cadres, union members, and workers (DV, NLD) to study and train to improve their political qualifications as well as professional expertise. Thereby, more than 60 cadres, union members and employees have been sent to attend classes to improve their political and professional qualifications, and training classes; 2 members have been recruited to civil service ranks; 8 cadres have been approved for early salary increases; 17 cadres have been regularly paid according to regulations.
The grassroots trade union actively cares about and receives thoughtful visits from union members, employees and their relatives. In the period of 2023 - 2025, the Trade Union has spent 61 million VND to visit and visit 42 cases of union members, employees and relatives; spent 20 million VND to support 2 union members with serious illnesses.
In particular, there was 1 case of a union member in difficult circumstances, suffering from a serious illness, the union coordinated with professionals to call for support from agency staff and some banks in the system to support part of the cost of treatment...
The grassroots trade union has also proactively coordinated with the professional sector to organize annual health check-ups for all officers and employees in the unit once a year. Organize sightseeing and vacations for agency staff; organize the "Union Meal" Program for all agency employees in 2024 and 2025.
100% of union members and employees achieve the title of "Advanced Worker"
Based on the launch of emulation to excellently complete the tasks of the banking sector every year of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union has coordinated with the professional organization to launch and sign emulation agreements between trade unions and groups to promote patriotic emulation movements, good workers, creative workers, the movement to study and follow the example of Ho Chi Minh's morality, the Women's movement that is good at banking, good at housework...; encourage and motivate cadres, union members, and workers to actively study, improve their professional qualifications and skills, strive to excellently complete tasks during the year.
Through emulation movements, cadres, union members and workers have upheld their sense of responsibility, overcome difficulties and challenges, strive to fulfill assigned tasks well, contributing to the successful implementation of the common political tasks of the Banking Trade Union. In 2023, 2024, 100% of union members and employees will achieve the title of "Advanced Worker".
Cultural and sports activities are always organized and launched by the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, receiving enthusiastic response from union members and employees. In the period of 2023-2025, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union has established and maintained sports clubs (table tennis, tennis, pickleball) to create a cultural playground and improve the health of union members in the agency.
Ms. Nguyen Khanh Chi - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Bank Trade Union - assessed that the relationship and coordination of activities between the Vietnam Bank Trade Union Trade Union Trade Union Trade Union and professional leaders has increasingly promoted the effectiveness in organizing and implementing activities; the Trade Union has clearly demonstrated the role of the trade union organization in representing and protecting the rights of members and employees, especially in the process of arranging and streamlining the organizational apparatus at the Vietnam Bank Trade Union.
