Dong Nai City currently has more than 2,300 grassroots trade unions with nearly 750,000 union members out of a total of more than 79,000 workers.
Since launching Workers' Month 2026, Trade Union levels in Dong Nai City have organized visits, encouragement and gifts for union members and workers in difficult circumstances, suffering from serious illnesses who are working at businesses in the area. The sharing and encouragement of the trade union has helped union members and workers alleviate difficulties in life, thereby having more motivation to work and produce, and be attached to businesses and localities.
Ms. D. T. T, a female worker who has worked for many years at Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd., Thanh Phu Industrial Park, Tan Trieu ward, has a very difficult life because she is a single mother. In May 2026, Ms. T. was awarded a "Circle of Compassion" by the Trade Union to support workers with critical illnesses with an amount of over 60 million VND/case.
Mr. Dang Tuan Tu, Chairman of the grassroots trade union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. informed that since May, the grassroots trade union has focused on caring for workers, organizing many welfare activities to care for workers' lives. Accordingly, 300 gifts were presented to workers in difficult circumstances; the 49th "Kindness Hand" awarded and the "Trade Union Home" awarded to 2 workers' families; sports festivals, karaoke singing in workers, lucky draw programs with many valuable gifts such as: gold rings, motorbikes, refrigerators, washing machines and TVs...
Similarly, the grassroots Trade Union of Eclat Vietnam Textile and Garment Co., Ltd. (Nhon Trach 2 Industrial Park, Nhon Trach Ward) in Workers' Month 2026, together with the company, presented more than 400 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances and with critical illnesses worth 500,000 VND/gift.
To support workers, the company organizes annual rice donations with each batch of about 50 tons. The company also organizes lucky draws with many valuable gifts such as: motorbikes, TVs, refrigerators... (total amount of about 600 million VND) and organizes parties for workers.
Mr. Dinh Sy Phuc - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Company - shared that with the number of company workers of more than 34,000 people, the trade union coordinates with the company's board of directors to organize programs to care for union members and employees, which are implemented continuously throughout April, May, and June.

The grassroots trade union of Hwaseung Vina Co., Ltd. (Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park, Nhon Trach Ward) coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to present 350 gifts (including rice and cash) to workers in difficult circumstances in the company.
