Responding to Workers' Month 2026, on May 8, An Nhon Nam Ward Trade Union (Gia Lai) coordinated with the Legal Consulting Center of the Provincial Labor Federation to organize labor law propaganda for more than 100 union members and workers at the grassroots Trade Union of Sinh Thanh VN Co., Ltd.
At the program, union members and workers were disseminated the basic contents of the Labor Code, the Law on Social Insurance, the Law on Trade Unions and the Law on Occupational Safety and Health.
The reporter also answered and exchanged many issues directly related to the rights and obligations of employees in the working process.
In addition to conveying legal regulations, the program also integrates exchange activities and answering questions with prizes to create a lively atmosphere, helping union members and workers easily access legal knowledge.
The content of propaganda focuses on the provisions of the Labor Code, the Law on Social Insurance, the Law on Trade Unions and the actual situations that often arise at enterprises illustrated by short videos. Thereby helping workers understand easily, remember easily and apply effectively in the working process.
Propaganda activities contribute to raising awareness and legal compliance for union members and workers; and at the same time building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
