On November 10, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) announced that the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Annora Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. held the 4th Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Attending and directing the Congress were comrade Luong Trong Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation.
Annora Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. currently has more than 21,000 workers, of which 100% are union members, with the proportion of women accounting for 88%. The income of workers has increased steadily over the years, from 6.8 million VND/person/month in 2023 to 8.5 million VND/person/month in the first 6 months of 2025. The company always strictly implements salary payment, insurance payment, ensuring the rights, welfare and increasingly better life for employees.
During the past term, the Company's Trade Union has promoted its role as a representative and protection of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members; coordinated with enterprises to develop and adjust salary scales, labor regulations, regulations for periodic salary increases and negotiations, signing Collective Labor Agreements with many more beneficial provisions for employees. Every year, the company rewards the 13th month salary, supports shift allowances, diligence, fuel, accommodation, seniority and priority benefits for pregnant female workers.
The union coordinated to organize activities such as "Tet Sum Vay", "Worker's Month", "Union Member Welfare", " Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Health", visiting and supporting union members with a total amount of nearly 4 billion VND. In addition, emulation movements "Good workers, creative workers", "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene" were vigorously implemented, creating an emulation atmosphere in the entire factory.
Speaking at the Congress, Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor Luong Trong Thanh acknowledged and praised the achievements of the company's Trade Union in the past term; at the same time, he proposed to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, increase the application of digital technology, build a modern workforce, industrial style, contribute to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Annora Vietnam Shoes Company Limited for the 2025-2030 term, including 23 comrades, and elected a delegation to attend the XXI Congress of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Trade Union.
