Implementing the Resolution of the 3rd VNPT Trade Union Congress (under the Vietnam Science and Technology Trade Union), term 2025 - 2030, in order to improve the effectiveness of caring for union members and workers, strengthen internal cohesion, share knowledge and working skills; contributing to accompanying professionals to complete production and business goals, the VNPT Trade Union guides units to study and consider the establishment of a suitable club (CLB) model based on the actual situation.
According to the VNPT Trade Union, the Club is a place to gather and connect employees working at the unit, creating an environment for members to share knowledge, experience, and skills to support and help each other develop together, contributing to improving the quality of human resources to meet the requirements of each assigned job position. Thereby, increasing labor productivity, increasing the happiness index of union members, employees and the cohesion in the VNPT employee community.
