On June 2, the Ea Kar District Labor Federation (Dak Lak) held the 6th expanded Executive Committee Conference, term VII, 2023-2028.
The conference aims to evaluate the results of Trade Union activities in the first 6 months of 2025 and some tasks in the coming time.
The conference also recognized and rewarded the contributions of collectives and individuals in building a strong trade union organization in the 2024 - 2025 school year.
The conference evaluated trade union activities in the first 6 months of 2025 with outstanding results such as coordinating with relevant units to organize the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng"; presented 522 gifts worth VND500,000/gift to union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total cost of VND261 million.
The grassroots trade unions have presented 4,096 gifts (200,000 - 300,000 VND/gift) with a total value of more than 1.3 billion VND.
During Workers' Month, the District Labor Federation proposed to support 100 gifts for union members in difficult circumstances and 2 gifts for people who have suffered work-related accidents. The Provincial Federation of Labor has considered supporting 12 packages worth VND1,200,000/tael.

At the Conference, leaders of the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor acknowledged the achievements of the Ea Kar District Federation of Labor and grassroots unions in the first 6 months of 2025.
Trade unions at all levels are directed to continue to propagate the implementation of the Party's guidelines and the State's policies on streamlining and organizing the apparatus effectively.
Each cadre, party member, and union member needs to raise awareness and responsibility, not be subjective in work.
On this occasion, Mr. Y Jone Ktull - Vice President of the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor, on behalf of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, awarded Certificates of Merit to 2 collectives, Emulation Flags to 1 collective and many other certificates of merit to outstanding individuals and groups.
The District Labor Federation also awarded Certificates of Merit to 26 grassroots unions for their excellent completion of tasks and 100 individuals at grassroots unions in the school sector.
Leaders of the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor presented 12 gifts (VND 1,200,000/gift) to union members in difficult circumstances, with a total value of more than VND 14.4 million.
