The Krong Bong District Labor Federation has joined the Organizing Committee of the District Traditional Sports Festival for Workers, Civil Servants, and Laborers in 2025 to celebrate major holidays: 50 years of complete liberation of the South, national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), 60 years of liberation of H9 - Krong Bong District (May 9, 1965 - May 9, 2025), 71 years of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2025) and 135 years of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1990 - May 19, 2025).
On the occasion of Workers' Month, the Krong Bong District Labor Federation reviewed and proposed that the Provincial Labor Federation support 26 gifts for union members in especially difficult circumstances, serious illnesses, and work-related accidents.
Each portion is worth 1.2 million VND, the total support amount is 31.2 million VND. In addition, the Provincial Federation of Labor also supported the construction of a "Union Shelter" for 4 union members with difficult housing circumstances with a support level of 50 million VND/house, a total cost of 200 million VND. The total support budget for Workers' Month in 2025 is more than 231 million VND.
The affiliated grassroots unions also visited and presented 95 gifts with a total value of 37.5 million VND to union members in difficult circumstances and with serious illnesses.
With many vibrant and practical activities, Workers' Month 2025 in Krong Bong district has clearly demonstrated the role of the trade union organization in caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers, especially those in difficult circumstances, those who have had work accidents, and those with occupational diseases.
