According to the leader of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, implementing the arrangement of the Trade Union organization, Khanh Hoa has completed the activities of district-level trade unions, Party trade unions, authorities, industry-level trade unions, and grassroots trade unions receiving 100% of salaries from the budget.
From July 1, 2025, transfer grassroots trade unions under the dissolved units to the Provincial Labor Federation for direction and management.
In the process of implementing so that the trade unions of public service units do not receive 100% of their salaries from the budget to operate effectively, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor organizes a conference to remove difficulties and obstacles of the units after merging and consolidating according to the model of local government at two levels.
At the conference, representatives of trade unions of public service units raised a number of outstanding difficulties and problems in the current operation process.
Notably, it guides the implementation of establishing grassroots trade unions, how to pay funds and union fees.
Many grassroots trade unions have member grassroots trade unions that do not receive 100% of their salaries from the budget, but have not yet been instructed on how to dissolve, establish grassroots trade unions, collect and spend funds and union fees.
Some health units have people receiving salaries from the budget and some are receiving salaries from revenue sources, causing difficulties for grassroots unions in collecting union fees from union members receiving 100% of budget salaries...
Representatives of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor answered questions, removed difficulties and guided units on how to implement them, ensuring stable operation, in accordance with current regulations.
