At the working sessions, the Trade Union Committee of Industrial Parks exchanged views with business leaders and the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union on the situation of production, business, employment, and income of workers; coordination in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
One of the contents that is focused on is improving the quality of dialogue and collective negotiation at enterprises.
The Trade Union Committee of Industrial Parks has guided 3 grassroots trade unions to negotiate and sign collective labor agreements with many contents that are more beneficial to workers than the provisions of the Labor Code.
Thereby, contributing to improving welfare, improving working conditions, and building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
Along with caring for life and jobs, the Trade Union Committee of Industrial Parks promotes propaganda and deploys the "Digital Education for All" movement, gradually improving skills in applying information technology and digital transformation for trade union officials, union members and workers.
Through the coordination between Trade Union organizations and businesses, conditions serving activities at grassroots trade unions are being invested in. Businesses have supported grassroots trade union officials with 84 computers and many equipment serving Trade Union activities.
The addition of equipment contributes to improving working conditions, supporting grassroots trade unions in applying information technology in professional activities, propaganda and connecting with union members and workers.
