Iran unexpectedly relocates a series of missile production facilities

Iran has relocated missile production facilities to safer locations and increased operating capacity.

According to TASS news agency, Mr. Mohammad Reza Naqdi, advisor to the Commander-in-Chief of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), said that Iran has moved missile production facilities to safer locations.

Speaking to the press, Mr. Naqdi said that the ability to self-produce weapons domestically is an important advantage of Iran in the current conflict.

According to him, all Iranian weapons production facilities have been restored after previous damages. Some facilities have also been moved to locations assessed as safer.

Mr. Naqdi said that these facilities are currently operating with more advanced technologies, while increasing production capacity compared to before.

Iran's advantage in this conflict is that all weapons are produced domestically. All missile production facilities have been restored and relocated to the safest places, and are operating with the most advanced technology and producing more products," Naqdi said.

According to IRGC advisors, some former Iranian production facilities are no longer safe because the exact location has been determined by the enemy.

Iran has learned from experience and decided to change the location of production facilities.

The above statements were made in the context that Iran's missile program continues to play an important role in the country's military capabilities. Tehran has long maintained a domestic missile production network to reduce dependence on external arms supplies.

Previously, on August 12, Mr. Naqdi once declared that Iran was producing more missiles than the number of missiles used to attack the enemy.

He affirmed that Tehran will continue to maintain missile production even if the US-Iran conflict lasts for many years.

The IRGC official's statement shows that Iran is seeking to maintain its weapons production capacity in wartime conditions, while strengthening the protection of important military facilities from the risk of being detected and attacked.
