Nam Dong Ha Trade Union grasps the situation of activities at grassroots trade unions

Quang Tri - Nam Dong Ha Ward Trade Union works with grassroots Trade Unions to grasp activities to care for union members and workers.

On October 2, the Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) said that the Nam Dong Ha Ward Trade Union had just had a working session with the Trung Vuong Primary, Secondary and High School Trade Union and the Dong Ha Regional Medical Center Trade Union to grasp the situation of union members, workers and trade union activities at the units.

Also attending the meeting was comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Tuyet - Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee, Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor.

At the meeting, the grassroots trade unions reported the results of trade union activities from July 1, 2025 to present. All units focus on caring for and protecting the rights of union members and workers; organizing activities suitable to the characteristics of each agency and unit.

Notably, the Trade Union of Trung Vuong Primary, Secondary and High School organized many cultural, artistic and sports activities to improve the spiritual life of union members; organize union meals at the unit; at the same time negotiate and sign collective labor agreements with many provisions beneficial to workers, especially female workers.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Tuyet emphasized that in the coming time, trade unions need to closely coordinate with professionals in taking care of union members' lives; paying attention to improving the quality of shift meals, building salary scales; launching emulation movements "Good workers - Creative workers" and organizing grassroots trade union congresses in accordance with regulations.
