According to statistics, storm No. 13 caused damage to the houses and works of 10 employees, mainly in the eastern area of Gia Lai province. The working group directly visited each household, handed over support with sincere greetings, encouragement, and shared difficulties with affected employees.
Mr. Pham Minh Dong - Chairman of the Trade Union, Deputy Head of the Gia Lai Power Transmission Team said: "The damage caused by storm Kalmaegi has somewhat affected the lives of workers. With the spirit of mutual love, the working group, on behalf of the Company's leaders and the PTC3 Trade Union, visited and encouraged them, hoping that this timely attention will help them soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives. This is also an opportunity for us to see more clearly the spirit of solidarity and cohesion in the PTC3 community - always sharing and accompanying each other in all circumstances".
Receiving the visit of the working group, Mr. Dang Viet Cuong, an executive manager and operator of Phuoc An 220kV substation - one of the employees whose houses were severely damaged, emotionally shared:
"After the storm, the brothers focused all their efforts to check and restore the power grid to safe operation, then arranged a time to review how the house was. Although the house had all the glass doors of the living room and some items broken, I was really touched when I received the visits from the Company's leaders and the Union members. The gift is a very timely source of encouragement, helping my family warm up and have more spirit to return to work".
