Due to the direct impact of storm No. 10 (Bualoi), the floodgate system and many items at Yen Bai Hydropower Plant were severely damaged.
Some power generation plants had to temporarily stop operating, with estimated damage of about 40 billion VND.
For many days, nearly 20 workers have been on duty 24/7 to urgently fix the problem and soon put the project back into operation.
Sharing the difficulties with the workers, on October 8, the Nghia Lo Ward Union directly visited the scene, visited, encouraged and presented 1 ton of rice and many essential necessities to the workers.

The representative of the Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union said: "We hope that this support will both help improve daily meals and add spirit to help us become more steadfast and strive to complete our tasks."
This timely attention creates more motivation for workers, helping them feel secure in overcoming the problem and overcoming difficulties after natural disasters.
At the same time, the activity also demonstrates the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of the trade union organization in caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate rights of workers.

In hardship, humanity shines even brighter. Although the gifts are simple, they contain a sense of sharing, helping workers feel more confident in the attention of the trade union organization and the community.
This is also a motivation for each worker to continue to contribute, restore production and contribute to stabilizing life and developing the local economy.
