The Institute's Trade Union will actively propagate and disseminate to union members and workers to raise awareness of the meaning and importance of scientific and technological research, innovation and digital transformation as well as coordinate and advise on organizing emulation movements. Thereby, it discovers, commends, and replicates advanced models for collectives and individuals who have made positive contributions to the movement.
