News from the Trade Union of Dien Ban Dong Ward, Da Nang City on May 4th said: Dien Ban Dong Ward Trade Union organizes the Launching Ceremony of Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026.
This year's Workers' Month is implemented with the theme "Da Nang Workers: Innovation, creativity, improving labor productivity" and the Action Month on occupational safety and health with the theme "Innovating management and improving the efficiency of occupational safety and health work in the digital age".
Speaking at the launching ceremony, leaders of Dien Ban Dong Ward Trade Union emphasized the core role of workers, civil servants, and laborers in local socio-economic development.
At the same time, calling on trade union levels, agencies, units, businesses and workers to actively respond with practical and effective actions.
During Workers' Month, the Ward Trade Union focuses on implementing many key activities such as: organizing dialogues, listening to the thoughts and aspirations of workers.
The Ward Trade Union promotes care for life, supports union members in difficult circumstances; launches emulation movements for good labor, creative labor, technical innovation initiatives; raises awareness and awareness of compliance with laws on labor safety and hygiene; develops union members, and builds a strong Trade Union organization.
In addition, activities to care for welfare and social security continue to be concerned, including the "Thank you to workers" program, organizing counseling, health care, supporting union members in difficult circumstances, as well as the expected establishment of the "Accompanying children of union members and workers" Club.
At the launching ceremony, the Dien Ban Dong Ward Trade Union presented 27 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, each gift worth 1 million VND, showing practical concern for workers.
