Gia Lai - Dien Hong Ward Trade Union opens a survey of opinions of union members and workers to promptly grasp the thoughts, aspirations and recommendations from the grassroots level.

Responding to the activity "Month of Listening to Union Members and Workers' Voices", Dien Hong Ward Trade Union (Gia Lai) organized a survey of opinions of union members and workers (ĐV, NLĐ).

The activity aims to grasp the thoughts, aspirations, difficulties, obstacles as well as recommendations and proposals of union members and workers related to employment, income, regimes, policies, working conditions and activities of trade union organizations.

To create favorable conditions for union members and workers to participate in contributing opinions, the Ward Trade Union deployed surveys in 2 forms: direct and online.

For grassroots trade unions at enterprises, opinion gathering is carried out online through Google Forms. At enterprises in industrial clusters that have not yet established trade union organizations, ward trade unions directly issue survey forms to employees to collect information, fully record opinions and reflect the reality at the grassroots level.

Through survey activities, Dien Hong Ward Trade Union has more basis to assess issues of concern to union members and workers; promptly summarize, reflect and propose to competent authorities and employers for consideration and resolution.

The survey results are also the basis for the Ward Trade Union to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, improve the quality of representative work, care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
