In episode 7 (performance 2) of the program "Anh Trai Vuot Ngan Chong Gai", the Chien Ma team including Dai Nghia, Thanh Duy, Nguyen Van Chung and BB Tran brought a new version of the song "Chim Sao Ngay Xua" - a famous song that once "stormed" in the 1990-2000s.
The highlight of the performance lies in the lyrics added by musician Nguyen Van Chung, inspired by love and the desire to pursue art.
Immediately after episode 7 aired, the song "Old Flappy Bird" with a new melody and way of expression was widely shared on social networking platforms.
Sharing about this song with Lao Dong reporters, musician Nguyen Van Chung said: "I feel very happy when everyone loves and welcomes this performance of the whole group.
This is a performance that the whole group has put a lot of heart into. More than that, the Chien Ma team wants to spread love for the beauty of Vietnamese culture".

For the author of the hit "Mother's Diary", this performance night brought him many new experiences.
Chien Ma Team has clearly divided the work. Mr. Dai Nghia contributed ideas, BB Tran came up with ideas for costumes and themes, Thanh Duy divided singing turns, I took on the X-part (writing additional lyrics). I am happy to have the members supporting me to try new things such as flute playing, ziplining, phoenix dancing. These are all first-time experiences".
Speaking about the first time practicing flute to perform, musician Nguyen Van Chung practiced quite quickly because he knew how to play the piano in advance, so it was easy to determine the notes. "Throughout the 7 days of preparing for the 2nd performance, every day I held the flute by my side to practice," the musician added.
The musician of billion-view songs admitted to encountering many difficulties when practicing ziplining, phoenix dance, and dangerous performances in the performance. "Jumping and phoenix dance is very difficult for me, not as simple as I imagined. When hung up, my whole body loses control and I have to spend a lot of time practicing. With ziplining practice, I appreciate the labor and performances of circus artists," he said.
Taking on the X-part (adding lyrics) for the song, the musician wants to send a message to everyone that in life, everyone has to face difficulties, but if we try to step out of our comfort zone, show our abilities, we will achieve brilliant success, just like the starling one day will turn into a phoenix.
Musician Nguyen Van Chung is very grateful to his 14th generation brothers Casper and Mew Amazing for encouraging and helping him in the process of practicing and completing the performance. "When the performance "The Old Flute" was performed, I felt very happy to try my best, sublimate on stage and be welcomed by the audience," he shared.
With the performance "Old Flappy Bird", the Chien Ma duo led the second performance with 4,210 points, along with Long Ma being the two safe teams, preserving their forces to continue in "Anh Trai Vuot Ngan Chong Gai".
