On September 23, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor announced that the Dong Quang Ward Trade Union held a conference to deploy tasks for the last 4 months of 2025 and the plan to organize the 1st Ward Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The conference was attended by comrades from the Executive Committee of the Ward Trade Union; Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of affiliated grassroots Trade Unions. Comrade Le Trong Binh - Chairman of the Ward Trade Union chaired the conference.
At the conference, delegates thoroughly grasped and implemented the plans of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor such as: Plan to organize the Forum "Innovation, creativity for socio-economic development, building a civilized and prosperous Thanh Hoa homeland" for the period 2025 - 2030; plan to organize Trade Union Congresses at all levels towards the 21st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030; and targets and tasks for the last 4 months of the year for grassroots trade unions.
The delegates also listened to reports on the ideological situation of union members and workers; discussed and contributed many practical opinions to the working program. The proposals and recommendations were accepted, explained and oriented for implementation.
In his closing speech, comrade Le Trong Binh highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and the contributions of the delegates, and at the same time requested that the grassroots trade unions closely follow the targets, launch emulation movements, widely propagate and carefully prepare for the Trade Union Congresses at all levels, towards the first Ward Trade Union Congress achieving high results.
