News from Hai Van Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on May 11 said: The Ward Trade Union organized a Conference to sign a cooperation agreement on the union member welfare program with Medlatec Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Hoa Hoa Bac Trading & Tourism - Service Joint Stock Company.
At the conference, the parties signed cooperation agreements with many practical contents, aiming to bring long-term benefits to trade union members and workers.
According to the signed content, union members will enjoy many preferential policies when using medical examination and treatment, medical tests, and health care services of Medlatec Vietnam Co., Ltd. with 1,000 welfare packages worth 118 million VND per year.
At the same time, union members are also entitled to incentives for sightseeing, resort, tourism and related services provided by Hoa Hoa Bac Trading & Tourism - Service Joint Stock Company, with discounts and exemptions from 20% or more compared to the publicly listed price.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Huynh Thi Anh Nguyet - Chairwoman of Hai Van Ward Trade Union emphasized that the implementation of welfare programs for union members is a practical activity to concretize the companion role of the trade union organization in caring for the lives of workers.
At the same time, this is also an opportunity to strengthen the connection between trade union organizations and businesses, contributing to building a stable, harmonious and developed working environment.
Representatives of participating businesses also committed to closely coordinate with the Hai Van Ward Trade Union to effectively implement the agreed contents, ensuring trade union members have access to quality services with the best preferential rates.
Immediately after the signing conference, nearly 200 union members and workers were examined, tested, and screened for cancer under the preferential and discounted welfare package of Medlatec Vietnam Co., Ltd. for union members and workers in Hai Van ward.
