On May 11, in Hanoi, the Central Organization Committee coordinated with the Hanoi Party Committee to organize a Conference to announce the Secretariat's decision on personnel work.
Attending and directing the Conference were Politburo members: Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc; Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Tran Duc Thang.
At the conference, Mr. Hoang Trung Dung, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee announced the Secretariat's Decision.
Accordingly, Mr. Ha Minh Hai, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee, will no longer participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee for the term 2025-2030, will no longer hold the position of Head of the Organization Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee, and will be transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee.
Presenting the decision and giving flowers to congratulate Mr. Ha Minh Hai, on behalf of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Organization Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc said that, stemming from the new task requirements set out for Party building organization, building a political system to meet the requirements of national development in the new era, to promptly strengthen and supplement the leadership team for the Central Organization Committee, the Secretariat unanimously decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Ha Minh Hai to the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee.
Head of the Central Organization Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc clearly stated that in the coming time, in the context of the entire Party focusing on implementing the Resolution of the XIV Congress, in the face of the requirement that Party building is morality, is civilization, operates smoothly, effectively and efficiently the political system and the 3-level government model, promotes administrative reform and national digital transformation, double-digit economic growth in the new era, realizes 2 strategic goals of 100 years to make Vietnam a developed high-income country by 2045, which are posing very new and difficult requirements for Party building organization, must truly become "key of key", promote the role and responsibility of the head in leadership and management, tighten discipline, administrative discipline and improve public service ethics.
Speaking to receive the assignment, the new Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee Ha Minh Hai affirmed that he will continue to strive to study, constantly train, maintain principles, discipline, and order in work, maintain solidarity and unity, have close coordination, contributing to improving the quality of strategic advisory work on Party building organization, cadre apparatus organization, internal political protection, actively innovate thinking, working methods, digital transformation, data standardization, improve the efficiency of management and implementation of tasks in Party building work, and best complete all assigned tasks.
