News from the Trade Union of Hoi An Tay Ward, Da Nang City on July 5th said: The Ward Trade Union in coordination with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the Ward and the Economic - Infrastructure - Urban Department organized the Green Fair with the theme "Connecting Vietnamese Goods - Sending Love".
This is an activity aimed at celebrating the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union and continuing to promote the response to the Peak Month of implementing the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" in 2026.
At the same time, creating conditions for union members and workers to access quality Vietnamese products, OCOP products and essential goods at preferential prices.
Attending the program were leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward; representatives of departments, agencies, branches, unions; Executive Committees of grassroots trade unions directly under them, along with a large number of union members, workers, civil servants, laborers and people in the area.
On this occasion, the Ward Trade Union awarded 100 shopping vouchers, worth a total of 50 million VND to 100 union members and workers in difficult circumstances, contributing to supporting, sharing and encouraging union members to overcome difficulties in life.
In particular, at the program, the Standing Committee of the Ward Trade Union presented 7 gifts, each worth 1 million VND, to children of union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers with disabilities, dioxin poisoning, critical illnesses and long-term treatment.
These gifts, although not of great value, show the deep concern and spirit of mutual affection of the Trade Union organization towards children of union members in particularly difficult circumstances, contributing to spreading love and adding motivation for families to rise up in life.
