At the conference, the Organizing Committee announced the decisions of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation on the establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Infrastructure Construction Investment Joint Stock Company and the grassroots Trade Union of BOO Sa Pa Clean Water Joint Stock Company.
According to the announced decisions, the grassroots Trade Union of Infrastructure Construction Investment Joint Stock Company was established with 30 trade union members; the grassroots Trade Union of Sa Pa Clean Water BOO Joint Stock Company was established with 14 trade union members.
At the same time, the Provisional Executive Committees of the two grassroots trade unions were also appointed to organize and manage trade union activities in the initial period, gradually building a disciplined and effective trade union organization in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.
The establishment of two more grassroots trade unions and the admission of 44 new union members continue to affirm the positive results in the work of developing union members and building the Trade Union organization of Lao Cai Ward Trade Union.
This is also an important premise for trade union organizations to expand the scope of gathering workers, better care for the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
