The cases receiving the scholarship are all those who are in extremely difficult circumstances but have good academic achievements.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh - Chairwoman of Vung Tau Ward Trade Union - said that according to the original plan, the unit planned to give about 50 scholarships to students. However, with the support and support of strong units, 115 scholarships have been awarded, helping many disadvantaged people in the area to go to school more firmly.
