The congress was attended by representatives of the superior Trade Union, the Board of Directors of Sumidenso Vietnam Co., Ltd. and 116 official delegates representing all union members and employees in the company.
The Congress was a great success, becoming an important political event, affirming the role and position of the Trade Union in accompanying businesses in developing and caring for workers' lives.
Promoting the spirit of solidarity, democracy, innovation and responsibility, the congress evaluated the results of Trade Union activities for the 2020-2025 term, and at the same time set out directions, goals and key solutions for the 2025-2030 term. The Congress also elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Sumidenso Vietnam Co., Ltd. term VI, outstanding cadres with enthusiasm and capacity, representing the voice, legitimate rights and aspirations of workers.
At the congress, the superior Trade Union and the Board of Directors of the Company acknowledged and highly appreciated the results that the Trade Union of Sumidenso Vietnam Co., Ltd. has achieved in the past term, especially in caring for the lives, protecting the rights of employees and building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the enterprise.
The 6th Sumidenso Vietnam Co., Ltd. Trade Union Congress ended in an atmosphere of excitement, solidarity and new expectations. The 2025-2030 term promises to be a period of innovation - creativity - sustainable development, contributing to the development of Sumidenso Vietnam construction enterprises, while affirming the position of the Trade Union organization in the cause of national construction and development.
