Born in 2004, the Vinh Quang Vietnam program directed by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, organized by Lao Dong Newspaper, with the coordination of the Central Emulation and Commendation Committee, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee and many ministries and sectors, has become an indispensable mark in the national patriotic emulation movement, contributing to encouraging and motivating typical collectives and individuals in the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland. By the end of 2025, a total of 313 collectives and individuals have been honored.
2026 is the first year that the entire Party and people focus on implementing the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress and strategic resolutions, opening a new stage of development with the aspiration to bring the country into an era of reaching out. The program is also associated with the implementation of the Resolution of the 11th Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress, Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.
In particular, the 22nd Vinh Quang Vietnam Program was held right on the occasion of the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026) - a historical milestone associated with the glorious journey of the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
Over 97 years of construction and development, the Vietnam Trade Union has constantly innovated, grown stronger, and excellently fulfilled its mission of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights of workers, while mobilizing union members and workers to enthusiastically emulate in labor production, making important contributions to the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland.
With that meaning, the Organizing Committee wishes to arouse and spread the spirit of creation and contribution throughout society; consolidate the determination to successfully implement the goals set out by the Resolution of the 14th Congress and strategic resolutions, adding motivation for each individual and collective to continue to innovate, rise up, contribute, and contribute to the cause of building a prosperous and happy country.
The Vinh quang Vietnam 2026 program honors 13 heroic examples, advanced examples, including 8 collectives, 5 individuals. They are scientists, doctors; pioneering entrepreneurs building Vietnamese brands; soldiers, military units, police maintaining peace in the Fatherland; teachers, cultural houses; and excellent labor collectives in key economic sectors, who have been and are creating sustainable values, tirelessly contributing, contributing to the face of Vietnam today.
