The union organizes a qualifying exam for excellent nurses

    Hanoi - On the occasion of Workers' Month, Thanh Oai District Labor Federation coordinated to organize the 2025 Excellent Nursing Skills Competition.

    Accordingly, the contest was organized by the Thanh Oai District Labor Federation in coordination with Dien Hong Hanoi Joint Stock Company.

    90 contestants participating in the contest went through 2 rounds of competition, including theory and practice. Unlike every year, this year the theory competition takes place online.

    The exam questions are developed to meet professional requirements. The theoretical part includes 2 multiple-choice and essay on the machine to ensure objectivity and honesty.

    According to the assessment, the contest took place seriously, fairly, objectively, accurately assessing capacity, not chasing results.

    The contest aims to improve professional knowledge and practice professional skills for health care workers, aiming for consistent professionalism in practice and care of the elderly.

    This is an opportunity for nurses to learn and improve their knowledge and skills to become nurses with strong expertise and good skills.
