Seminar: "Caring for and improving women's health in premenopause" organized by the Trade Union of the Faculty of Linguistics and Vietnamese Studies (USSH Trade Union - Hanoi National University Trade Union, under the Vietnam Education Trade Union).
The program brings practical knowledge, contributing to raising awareness about physical and mental health care for female officials, lecturers and workers in the modern academic environment.
The seminar was attended by Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Binh - Head of the Faculty of Linguistics and Vietnamese Studies; Ms. Vu Thi Thu Hang - Member of the Standing Committee of the School Trade Union; Ms. Kim Thi Diep Ha - Head of the Women's Affairs Committee of the School Trade Union; and a large number of female union members from many faculties, departments, and boards in the School.
The program has the participation of experts, Dr. Nguyen Huy Binh - Deputy Head of the Department of Physiology, Hanoi Medical University and Yoga instructor Dam Quynh Trang.
Dr. Nguyen Huy Binh has brought a scientific and practical perspective on psychological and physiological changes in the pre-menopause period. From a medical perspective, Dr. Nguyen Huy Binh emphasized that hormonal changes not only affect physical health but also directly affect the psychology, emotions and quality of life of women. At the same time, the doctor also shared many useful knowledge about nutrition, healthy lifestyles and the importance of periodic health check-ups.
Yoga instructor Dam Quynh Trang brought gentle and positive sharing about "equilibrium recovery" Yoga - a method to support mental relaxation, improve sleep and strengthen joint health. Simple but effective practical instructions helped participants have more useful experiences and spread positive energy in daily life.
