Diversifying activities to care for union members and workers
Towards the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2025), the Gia Vien Ward Trade Union has just coordinated with the Duc Anh Company Limited Trade Union - a grassroots trade union unit managed by the ward trade union to organize union meals for union members and employees. The union meal is an opportunity for union officials, employees and business leaders to share, create cohesion and build a spirit of solidarity in the collective.
On this occasion, the Ward Union supported union member Do Quang Ngoc with funds to repair the Union Shelter at 5/23199 Lach Tray, Gia Vien Ward. The project was implemented and completed before the storm season, helping Mr. Ngoc's family stabilize their lives, demonstrating the timely concern and care of the Trade Union organization for union members and workers.
At red redline Miracle International Company Limited - the unit with the largest number of employees in Hai Phong City, the Trade Union organized a ceremony to commend and reward more than 5,200 children of workers and laborers with high achievements in their studies to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the Vietnam Trade Union.
Not only showing concern and care for the children of workers, the future generation of the country, this is a union and company activity aimed at expressing gratitude to union members and workers, who are always striving tirelessly for the company, for their families and for the future generation - Mr. Vu Dinh Phi - Chairman of the company's Trade Union shared.

Focus on stabilizing the apparatus, developing union members
Along with stabilizing the apparatus operating according to the new model from July 1, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation directed all levels of trade unions to quickly get up to speed with work, deploy targets and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025, focusing on activities to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the Vietnam Trade Union.
The commemorative activities are organized with focus, key points, creativity, practicality, efficiency, and economy, bringing benefits to union members and employees, in accordance with the actual conditions of the industry, locality, and unit. Commune, ward, and special- zone trade unions and grassroots trade unions under the City Labor Federation, based on the actual situation, proactively advise the Party Committee, coordinate with authorities and colleagues at the same level to develop plans, organize commemorative activities, and strive for each grassroots trade union to organize at least one activity to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the Vietnam Trade Union.
It is expected that on July 31, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation will organize a ceremony to commend typical examples in the emulation movements of Good Labor - Creative Labor, Green - Clean - Beautiful Labor, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene; commend children of employees with high achievements in studying on July 29...
In addition, Trade Unions at all levels focus on implementing the " Peak month of admitting union members, establishing grassroots trade unions". Up to now, the Trade Union Board of Industrial Parks of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation has reviewed enterprises that have not yet established trade unions, propagated and guided 6 enterprises to establish grassroots trade unions. Gia Vien Ward Trade Union mobilizes the establishment of grassroots trade unions at Hoa Anh Dao Kindergarten with dozens of union members..., aiming to cover grassroots trade unions in qualified units in accordance with the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, contributing to protecting the rights of employees, building harmonious and stable labor relations in units and enterprises.
