On November 19, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor announced that the Trade Union of Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Corporation has just held its 7th Congress, term 2025 - 2030. The Congress took place in a democratic and united atmosphere, demonstrating the high sense of responsibility of union members and workers.
Over the past term, the Corporation's Trade Union has proactively coordinated with the professional sector to care for the lives, protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; effectively maintain the emulation movement of labor production; promote technical innovation, increase productivity, contribute to the completion of production and business goals. The work of building a strong trade union organization continues to be focused on, the quality of union members and union officials is increasingly improved.
The Congress discussed and approved key goals and tasks for the 2025-2030 term, emphasizing the innovation of content and methods of operation, enhancing digital transformation, improving welfare for union members, building a safe and civilized working environment.
The Congress also elected a new Executive Committee, demonstrating the union members' confidence in the collective leadership of the union to continue accompanying workers and contributing to sustainable development.
