According to the work plan of the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ), from September 7-11, the unit will implement many key tasks to improve the effectiveness of trade union activities, care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
One of the notable contents of the week is the signing of the Program on coordination in implementing labor law and trade union work in enterprises between the Provincial Labor Federation and the Vinh Long Provincial Department of Home Affairs for the period 2026 - 2030.
During the week, the Vice Chairmen of the Provincial Labor Federation attended a workshop to contribute opinions on the draft report summarizing 15 years of implementing Resolution No. 6b/NQ-BCH, Directive No. 03/CT-TLĐ on innovating the work of mobilizing female workers, civil servants and laborers in the new situation and a training conference on women's work in 2026.
Training on collective bargaining knowledge and skills on salaries in 2026; Conference to summarize activities to support "Trade Union Homes" for union members and workers in the period 2016 - 2026.
In addition, the Provincial Labor Federation is preparing contents for organizing training classes and professional training for trade unions in 2026. The Standing Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation continue to inspect the compliance with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, the management and use of trade union finances and assets at grassroots trade unions according to the set plan.
The Provincial Labor Federation also developed an Action Program to implement Action Program No. 01-CTr/BCH dated June 30, 2026 of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, concretizing tasks suitable to the actual situation in the locality.
The unit will issue an official dispatch guiding the implementation of the "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" emulation movement and the "3 savings" campaign in the period 2026 - 2031, contributing to creating emulation motivation among union members and workers.
