In the first quarter of 2026, trade union levels in the province will promote activities and deploy specialized topics on the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and policies associated with studying Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style.
The activity is organized flexibly from online, applying digital transformation to direct activities at the grassroots level, contributing to raising political awareness, awareness of law compliance and responsibility of union members and workers.
Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Provincial Party Committee Member, Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation - said that he has directed grassroots trade unions to strengthen dissemination and thorough understanding of directives and resolutions of the Party, policies and laws.
Mr. Linh emphasized the need to focus on implementing the 2026 Resolution of the Provincial Party Committee, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, associated with propaganda on the results of the 14th Party Congress and key tasks.
At the same time, trade union levels focus on propagating important directives and conclusions of the Central Government, regulations on information security, public opinion work and universal health insurance policies in the new period.
In addition, many cultural, artistic, and contest activities are organized associated with propaganda about major holidays and political events, creating an atmosphere of excitement among officials, union members, and workers in the area.
In the first quarter of 2026, Vinh Long trade union levels organized 1,620 propaganda sessions with more than 59,500 participants, contributing to widely spreading the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws to union members and workers," Mr. Linh added.
Mr. Cao Huu Xuan Bac - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Lefaso Tra Vinh Production Investment Joint Stock Company - said that the unit maintains activities through internal broadcasting, flag salutes at the beginning of the week and periodic trade union meetings.
