At the enterprises, Mr. Luu The Thuan - Chairman of Bau Bang Commune Trade Union, discussed with the enterprises about the role and importance of trade union activities in enterprises.
The activities of the Trade Union contribute to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises; Caring to support workers in difficulty, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
According to Mr. Luu The Thuan, workers are valuable capital and assets of the enterprise. Caring for workers is caring for the development of businesses. Mr. Luu The Thuan suggested that the Trade Unions and enterprises continue to pay better attention to taking care of the lives of workers in enterprises.
At the same time, it is recommended that grassroots unions widely deploy emulation movements to union members and workers. Strive for the rights of employees and the development of businesses.
"Only when businesses are developed will there be a source of income to increase the income of workers. If workers want high incomes, how should they do it to make businesses more profitable? The role of our Trade Union also needs to be put into that" - Mr. Luu The Thuan discussed.
Mr. Luu The Thuan expressed his hope to receive much attention, coordination, support, and facilitation from the Board of Directors of companies for the Executive Board of the Trade Union as well as for employees at the enterprise.
On the side of Bau Bang Commune Trade Union, it will always accompany the Executive Committee of the Trade Union to organize and implement the activities.
On the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union, the Bau Bang Commune Trade Union and Khai Minh Group presented 30 gifts to 30 union members in the above enterprises.
