On October 15, the Nghia Thanh Commune Trade Union (HCMC) successfully held the 1st Delegation Conference for the 2025 - 2030 term, with the participation of leaders of Area Management Working Group No. 6 of the HCMC Labor Federation, leaders of Nghia Thanh Commune, and about 50 official delegates.
Nghia Thanh Commune Trade Union was established on July 1, 2025, currently managing 25 grassroots trade unions under its management in Nghia Thanh and Binh Gia communes, with about 8,570 union members. In the past time, the unit has deployed assignment of tasks; coordinated the organization of many activities, focusing on taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Nghia Thanh Commune Trade Union sets many goals to strive for such as: 100% of enterprises and public service units with 20 or more employees establish grassroots trade unions; 100% of commune trade union officials participate in local movements; 100% of the target of introducing outstanding union members for the Party to consider, train and admit...
On this occasion, the Conference also announced the decision on personnel for the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Inspection Committee of Nghia Thanh Commune Trade Union, term I, 2025-2030. In which, Ms. Chau Thanh Phuong is the Chairman of the Commune Trade Union.
