Unifying 4 key contents
News from the Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union, Da Nang city on July 5th said: The Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union organized the signing of the Coordination Regulation for the period 2026–2031 with the People's Committees of Nui Thanh, Tam Anh, Tam Xuan, Tam My, Tam Hai and Duc Phu communes.
According to Ms. Tran Thi Dieu Phuc - Chairwoman of the Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union, the signing aims to build a unified coordination mechanism, meeting the operating requirements of the inter-communal Trade Union model after implementing the policy of arranging the organizational structure according to the 2-level local government model.
Accordingly, the Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union is currently performing tasks in 6 communes including Nui Thanh, Tam Anh, Tam Xuan, Tam My, Tam Hai and Duc Phu.
Before the request to expand the scope of operation, the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committees agreed on the policy of building coordination regulations between the Commune People's Committee and the Commune Trade Union.
On that basis, the Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union proactively advised on drafting regulations; Commune People's Committees participated in contributing opinions and completing content suitable to the functions, tasks and practical situation of each locality.
At the signing ceremony, representatives of the Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union and leaders of the Commune People's Committee agreed on 4 key coordination contents, including: propaganda and dissemination of the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State.
Implement democracy regulations at the grassroots level; inspect and supervise the compliance with labor laws, social insurance, occupational safety and health; develop union members, establish grassroots trade unions; organize dialogues, receive and resolve workers' petitions.
Coordinate the implementation of social security activities, patriotic emulation movements and promote digital transformation in the activities of the government and Trade Unions.
Flexibility in implementation
Also according to Ms. Tran Thi Dieu Phuc, the new point of these regulations is that they are built in a direction of unifying principles but being flexible in implementation.
In addition to general coordination contents, each locality supplements mechanisms suitable to actual conditions. For Nui Thanh and Tam Anh communes, where many businesses and workers are concentrated, regulations supplement coordination mechanisms to establish Rapid Response Teams to promptly grasp labor relations, handle arising issues, and limit the risk of disputes and collective work stoppages.
Meanwhile, Tam Xuan, Tam My, Tam Hai and Duc Phu communes focused on coordinating to develop union members, establish grassroots trade unions, promote legal propaganda, care for workers and build harmonious and stable labor relations.
Immediately after the signing ceremony, the Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union and the People's Committees of the communes also agreed to issue a coordination plan for implementation in 2026, clearly assigning tasks, responsibilities and progress for each work content to ensure that the regulations soon go into life.
The signing of coordination regulations with each locality is an important step in the process of operating the inter-communal Trade Union model, contributing to strengthening coordination between the government and the Trade Union organization in performing the task of caring for, representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
At the same time, building harmonious and stable labor relations, creating motivation to promote socio-economic development in the area.
