Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union, Da Nang City, has just organized a conference to review trade union work in the first quarter of 2026. The conference focused on evaluating operating results, pointing out limitations and setting out tasks for the coming time.
In the first quarter, trade union activities basically closely followed the plan, focusing on caring for the lives of union members and workers. Propaganda and mobilization work was deployed synchronously, contributing to raising awareness and responsibility in labor and production.
On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to 04 collectives and 01 individual with outstanding achievements in the 2025 emulation movement. Timely commendation creates motivation to promote the good labor movement and build a strong trade union organization.
The highlight of the conference is the launch of the "Together to School" model for the first time in 2026. The program aims to mobilize social resources to support children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances. Support forms include scholarships, school supplies and essential learning conditions.
The model contributes to encouraging students to overcome difficulties, maintain their studies, and limit the risk of dropping out of school. At the same time, this is a specific activity to concretize the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, associated with building the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" model.
Through the program, the role of trade union organizations continues to be affirmed in social security work. The joint efforts of union members, businesses and the community create a sustainable support platform for the young generation.
The activity also contributes to spreading the spirit of humanity, enhancing social responsibility, and building a comprehensive development environment for students in the area.
