At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Commune Trade Union announced the decisions to establish 4 grassroots trade unions, including: Grassroots Trade Union of Huu Phuoc Medic Quang Da General Clinic Co., Ltd.; Grassroots Trade Union of Huy Khoa Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.; Grassroots Trade Union of Tam Tinh Medic Co., Ltd.; Grassroots Trade Union of Tam Tinh HD General Clinic Co., Ltd.
The Conference also announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee and Inspection Committee of grassroots trade unions. Representatives of the Executive Committees of units were launched, received tasks and expressed their determination to promote their role as representative organizations, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
Speaking at the conference, leaders of Que Son Commune Trade Union acknowledged the efforts in mobilizing and establishing grassroots trade unions at businesses in the area.
At the same time, it is proposed that the Executive Committees of grassroots trade unions soon stabilize their organizations, build operating regulations and organize practical emulation movements, contributing to the overall development of businesses and localities.
