In many industrial parks, activities to care for the spiritual life of workers are being regularly organized by trade union levels and businesses.
At the beginning of March 2026, the grassroots Trade Union of Ching Luh Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. (Tay Ninh province) organized an exchange and art program for more than 16,000 workers working at the enterprise. The program had the participation of many famous singers and artists, bringing a lively atmosphere right in the factory premises.
Not only art performances, the program also organized a lucky draw with many practical gifts such as electric motorbikes, TVs, washing machines and household products. Thousands of workers participated and cheered enthusiastically, creating a joyful atmosphere.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong - a worker working at the company's production workshop - said that such activities help workers feel cared for.
Working in the workshop all year round, it's very fun for companies to organize art programs or exchanges like this. We are both entertained and have more motivation to work," Ms. Hong shared.
According to representatives of the grassroots Trade Union of Ching Luh Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd., organizing cultural and artistic activities for workers is not only for entertainment but also contributes to creating a friendly working environment, uniting the collective. When workers feel cared for both materially and spiritually, they will be assured to stick with the business for a long time.
Reality shows that in industrial parks with a large concentration of workers, the demand for cultural and spiritual life of workers is very large. However, due to the specific nature of shift work, there are few conditions to participate in external entertainment activities, so programs organized right at the enterprise often receive widespread response.
In recent years, many businesses in Tay Ninh province have coordinated with the Trade Union organization to organize art programs, sports festivals, workers' festivals or spring activities after Tet. Not only bringing a joyful atmosphere, these activities also contribute to building a positive working environment and improving the spiritual life of workers.
In industrial parks in the province, many cultural and sports activities for workers are also maintained regularly. For example, in Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park (Trang Bang ward), many businesses have participated in sports festivals and collective exchanges organized by the industrial park management unit. Activities such as fire prevention and fighting sports, sports competitions, and cultural exchanges attract a large number of workers to participate, contributing to creating a healthy playground and strengthening the connection between businesses and workers in the industrial park.
According to the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, the whole province currently has about 500,000 workers, civil servants, and laborers, most of whom work at enterprises in industrial zones and clusters. Therefore, organizing cultural, artistic, sports and collective exchange activities is identified as one of the important solutions to improve the spiritual life of workers, while contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations in enterprises.
