Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Hue (30 years old) has been with Song Hong 4 Garment Company (Nam Dinh) for 14 years. Although she is currently a team leader, her initial starting point was as a worker.
"I started working as a worker at the company in 2011, and in 2015 I was promoted to cluster leader. In 2018, the team leader assigned him the responsibility of the deputy team leader, and in 2023, he was assigned by the trust company's leaders as the team leader" - Ms. Hue said.

The female manager added that the working process must be excellent, proactive in doing many tasks in addition to assigned tasks and be ready to help others, treat everyone appropriately and reasonably. Ms. Nguyen Thi Chin (36 years old) - team leader at Giao Thuy Professional Sports Fashion Joint Stock Company (Nam Dinh) shared that when entering a new environment, don't be afraid to start, just try your best to have the opportunity to be appreciated.
When I started working at a new company, I was assigned the position of worker even though I had 10 years of experience. With continuous efforts, after only 3 months, I was promoted to the position of team leader by the trusted director" - Ms. Chin said.
Ms. Chin said that in the first 3 months of working at the new company, she always took the initiative to do many things, doing as much as she could, not giving up. Despite her busy schedule, she still spends time researching and learning on the internet, creating many useful and practical improvement ideas that benefit the team and the company.
Although the new environment is crowded with people, Ms. Chin still believes in breaking through and becoming an outstanding person, so she always tells herself to try in all circumstances.
