On the occasion of summarizing activities in 2025 and welcoming the new year 2026, the Trade Union of Interplex Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (Hanoi) (Que Vo II Industrial Park) has just coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize the 2025 year-end gala program.
Attending the program were Mr. Nguyen Van Khanh - Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks, Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation and Specialists of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks. The company's leaders included Mr. Peter Liang - Director of Interplex Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (Hanoi), the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union and more than 590 officials, employees, and workers in the Company.
On behalf of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, Mr. Nguyen Van Khanh highly appreciated the effective coordination between the Company's Board of Directors and the Interplex grassroots Trade Union in caring for the material and spiritual life of employees. He wished the company to continue to pay more attention to employees and build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
One of the highlights of the program is the honoring ceremony for 69 officials and employees with over 10 years of seniority, including 26 employees who have been attached to the company for over 15 years. This is a worthy recognition for the persistent and long-term contributions of employees to the company's development.
In addition, the company and the trade union commended 3 outstanding individual workers in 2025 and 1 collective with typical innovation initiatives, contributing to improving production efficiency, saving costs and improving the working environment.
On this occasion, the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation presented 15 gifts (total value of 15 million VND) to union members and workers in difficult circumstances working at Interplex Company. The activity shows the timely concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization, contributing to encouraging workers to feel secure in working and sticking with the business for a long time.
The year-end gala program took place soi noi with "homegrown" art performances, a lucky draw program with many valuable gifts, including large prizes such as electric bicycles, washing machines, high-end household appliances..., the total amount of lucky draw gifts was over 400 million VND, creating a joyful atmosphere, connecting workers and businesses.
